Common Questions

Will you join our Slack and Project Management tools?
Generally not, as the onboarding alone can burn days (sometimes weeks) - my intention is to be productive within the first couple of hours so during our first call, we'll work out the most efficient and least disruptive way for you to send briefs and files to me.
Will you work on-site in our office?
No I'll be remote in my home office in Sydney.
Can I rebook you for next week or next month?
Yep - let me know by Thursday if you need to rebook me for another week, or by around the 25th for the following month, as I hold priority for active clients.
What happens when we make our hire?
You can cancel right away, or book an overlap month. Either way, I'll work the remainder of the month you've paid for, and ensure I've done a thorough handover to your new hire so they maintain momentum.
What happens with our raw files?
They're all yours. Anything I create for you during our time together will be shared back with you - I never hold files hostage.
How does payment work?
Payment is made ahead of your timeslot via bank transfer, which secures the week or month for you. If you need alternate payment arrangements, just mention it during our call.
